Haven't checked in all week.
Deadlifted 3 plates and 25 lbs on each side for 5*5 finally =D
Benched the 110lb DBs for 5*5 as well
When I squatted this week, my left knee gave in again at 3 plates. It wasn't even heavy! I need to get some knee wraps for my left knee. =[
