so my gf joined steve nash in june, and one day she got a letter saying she owes them money for not paying, even though they been directly withdrawing it out of her account. When she called and talked to them, they said they didnt know what the problem was and that the account was fine, so she let it be. her membership ended in december and she stopped going. today she got a call from steve nash saying she owes them like $250 for late payements starting since october. The thing is shes been getting charged even though her membership already expired, so is there anything i can do.This is bs because they said her account was fine.
