135 x 10 squats -> 185 x 10 -> 225 x 8
and since no one does legs in my gym, I met this model who was mirin cause I went ATG
Face-pulls supersetted with side lateral raise (15 lbs x failure) and my shoulders were done.
Definitely get more reps in taking creapure
