Well, most of us are self-admitted noobs playing in our first year in the EASHL :P We also don't play all day (most of the teams we play now have 1000+ games), which means we also don't have Legend 3s with +5s and +8s from boosts that the other teams have.
I'm not too worried about it since we are slowly but surely improving and we're having fun in most games.
We need to get mics and have practices :P
