How about you ease up on the weights? Most likely there is a problem with your form, and maybe perhaps you are not driving with your hips? Also, squats are not for everyone. They are a great overall compound powerlifting exercise. But not everyone's spine can sustain the spinal compression under such heavy weights regardless how well your technique is. watch out for knee injuries too. muscle imbalance between your quads and hamstrings will cause your knee caps out of alignment.
