when i was at the shaw office last week i heard a guy say he was there to swap for a hd box. the rep said oh we can't do that and guy said oh i called and talked to someone and said i could. the rep looked up their info and gave them a new box....
i wonder if just saying that i talked to retentions they would give me one..... or it have to be documented on the account???
