Need help picking out a bench

Just went to Fitness Town and bought an elliptical machine for the wife, and decided to buy some weights (Powerblocks) and a bench so I could do some light workout at home too. I ended up buying a Hoist 4167 bench:

Only thing I don't like about it, is that it doesn't have a decline position.

They also had a Hoist 4145 available, but the incline only goes up to 65 degrees (I prefer a little straighter for shoulder, but is 65 degrees okay for shoulder exercises?) and the footpegs for the decline don't look very comfy. Also, the seat doesn't fold flat so it's angled for flat bench.

Fitness Depot has this Northern Lights bench available, would this be a better altnernative? Not sure of the quality of Northern Lights? I've heard Hoist is pretty good
