Do you mind sharing what sort of usage you actually have for wanting a symmetrical line?

The company I worked for back in 2007/2008 was paying big bucks for a 45/45 from allstream, and one day, we switched to a co-lo in a Seattle-based DC and moved all the data intensive connection over there while getting a business line from shaw.

We ended up saving about 35% of internet cost while having faster speed (our colo were on dual gigE connections for the max burst) and with physical access when needed too.

And more and more company that I know of are moving their BW intensive stuff into DC or services like Amazon S3/Google storage.

What I want to say is, in case you can't really find what you want, it might not be a bad idea to start thinking about an overhaul.
