i'm really loving sqauts after changing my stance and form
the wider toed out stance let's me go as ATG and i can, then using the hip drive is great
was able to get the low bar position today....keeping my thumb on the same side as my fingers was the biggest relization, then just holding it to my back while squeezing my sholder blades togther
i can see myself really starting to progress with weight now...loving it
