For the deadlift don't increase weight too quickly or that's how you get injured. For me I started with 225lbs on deadlift which was my bodyweight at the time

@alpha - false. Sumostyle deadlifts are pretty much like squats. They concentrate most on the hammy, glutes, and quads then the lower back
