Nice vid situation.
Def don't push too hard trying to make big advances on dead lift. I don't want to hear about anyone getting hurt.
I DL with just socks on. My gym is ok with it they just told me to be careful that someone doesn't drop a plate on my toe.
jc95: I am past 225 squat otherwise I would. I want 3 plate squat. A trainer at my gym stepped up and did 4 plate on Saturday. He was saying he has done 5 plate and DL 5 plate plus a 25 on each side. I believe him. I've seen him bench 3 plate no problem.
