deff could have used a preworkout today but overall a good day at the gym
progressed more with squats, the low bar is starting to rub/hurt my back, guess it's just a matter of toughening up the skin a bit. i got a new under armour shirt that's thin so that's probably another reason i could feel it a bit more, oh well, i'll suck it up lol
still fighting to make gains on overhead but i'm adding the 5lbs everytime, did 100lbs today
got up to 225lbs on DL 1x5....warmed up with a couple of lower weights....the last rep on the 225 i could feel my left leg wable a bit but got it up lol
