But come to think of it, any profession requires a certain skill-set and education; ATS is no different. Yeah, controllers need to know all that jazz about aircraft. It's daunting to anyone, no doubt about it. But just as daunting is the knowledge required for any other vocation. I'll bet that there are ATC personnel leaning back in their chairs thinking "damn, imagine having to learn what every part of an engine does and how to fix it... that's a shit load to know", or the same for, say, being a doctor, scientist, accountant, etc.

Waiting for a response still.. I guess they want to make the best of their 3-4 weeks.
On another note... just finished my Cathay pacific interview here in Hong Kong yesterday.... even though there were only 5 people there, I somehow managed to meet another Revscene member. Small world.
