Man as soon as I saw that post about pancakes I had to make some.
I don't remember the exact measurements because I was too excited to experiment with something but I combined about 4-5 scoops of protein powder (thought using chocolate would be cool so I did) coconut flour, and steel cut oats. Some splenda, 2 eggs and 1.5 tsps of baking powder. Add milk until has same consistency of pancake batter, lumpy is good! Add blue berries. Eat with zero sugar maple syrup.
