i just bought it... with 32gb card from bestbuy LOL... ended up being ~369$ after tax. for both. 249 and 99 for memory card. minus 20.

when i got home and FINALLY finished setting up the system, went on PS store to buy uMVC3, only to find out it costs the same as the physical version... i thought they were supposed to be cheaper digital? >;( i am teh disappoint. rather buy physical if its the same cost geeeez >___<

^i dont know about the PS3 games being on the PSVita. i did read somewhere they said if you owned the PS3 version, you can download the Vita version for free? and vise versa. since i dont have a PS3, i never really looked into it. good luck though! ;D
