officially had my worst workout yet..
after i did 200lbs on squat, and 2 sets of bench on 120lbs, i felt so light headed.
so i took a little break and rested, when i got back and set up for some light dead lifts, i got the worst cramp i ever had out of nowhere on my right calf and i was sitting in the middle of the gym like a dumbass for 5 whole minutes lol.
now im walking with a limp, it hurts so much haha, ill probably won't be going the gym on friday
i learned my lesson to take my time and strech every muscle =(
