Speaking of pancakes I make one nearly every morning.

1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup quick oats
1 scoop of vanilla whey
Sugar free maple syrup
Tbsp of natural crunch peanut butter spread on top

I usually roll it up. Add a banana in the middle for a banana roll up for added carbs
