with the 5x5 program, i'm thinking about going and just doing cardio on the off days
my guts starting to come back, i think it's from all the protein....on work out days i was taking 2 scoops after workout, and off days 1 scoop in the morning
i think i'm going to just do the 2 scoops after workout and nothing on days off, thoughts?
also on the days off i might add some chest/arms work depending on what i did the day before
