Congrats on your engagement, OP! I'm a bit confused. Did you give her a diamond engagement ring, already? Are you looking something to supplement that, or replace it?

Diamonds may be typical, but there is a wide range of them. Society, and by extension, ladies, expect a diamond ring. The only thing they'd want besides a diamond, is more than one.
