Salmon Pouf. Salmon, peas, corn, green onion wrapped in phyllo then oven baked. Throw some Franks in a can of mushroom soup for sauce = magic. I use leftover salmon for this recipe normally as my freezer is usually stocked with salmon but I'm sure canned would be fine.
