I'd personally do: chicken, beef, quick oats, peanut butter,
tuna, bananas, yams, oranges, eggs, skim milk, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, wholegrain bread, protein powder,
multis, fish oil, lots of dark green veggies, tons of water.
skip creatine because meh don't need it
brown rice cuz that shit's nasty
whole milk because unnecessary excess of fats
and starting strength for routine because it works, from experience muahaha
