Google "Oracle Cloud Services"... it's a highly advanced (one of the most complex in industry as a matter of fact) cloud services targeting corporations.

Back to the topic... IMHO, if they want to succeed in this industry... they have two ways:

1. Get a couple of TOP500 corporations as clients with large scale integration.
2. Get TONS of small companies (I mean as many as humanly possible) who can't afford the solution Oracle or Kronos offer.

That's the only chance they have to bring interest for a buyout.
