I have to disagree. While Cactus does not serve 5 star quality food, some of their menu items (mostly Rob Feenie menu items... Like the butternut squash with prawns, fried sage leaf and black truffle oil
) are excellent!
I agree that the servers are hot, but that alone does not build an empire like Cactus'. They're selling atmosphere and sex appeal but there are plenty of less successful places that have those 2 qualities and shit food
