Not sure why you think I would make up something like you offering to prove (via video) something I called you out on.
Here's my video of my 4S (as promised) and instead of switching between e-mail and a PDF I also threw in a third program, Keynote. Pay attention to the horrible load times for the second PDF and switching. It's unbearable to use.
