Damn, haven't squatted heavy in 2 weeks, and surprisingly got an extra rep on my 1RM (315x2)! Super happy about that, plus did high volume leg press with a triple drop set. Fell down 4 steps of stairs leaving the gym.

Also did some biceps today. Reminded myself why I stopped doing 21s.
