I'm looking at a ceiling cap of around $200 for headphones. I've been warned to stay away from Turtle Beach headphones due to their build quality, though I do kinda like the sound of a couple of their units. Hate to say it because I hate buying their stuff, but I may be leaning towards the Sony unit... if only because I have a Sony Style giftcard I need to use.
