The Cerberus Beach House and tell them your a friend of Ernie's from Vancouver, and i said to come down. You will get a good seat, with a stunning view! Reserve about a week in advance if you can. Great food as well! It's in Black Rock, close to Sandringham, bring the/a lady if you can!
