Only ones that have True 1080P @ 30FPS tier (I've seen) is in the $120+ range so be prepared to shell out $$$ for quality.
The one I've been playing around with is the DV808 keychain cam which is a toy but gives an OK 720x480 .Mjpeg (Interlaced if you ask me) but I can't complain much since it was only $12 and the size of an alarm fob. There IS a 720P version for $30 bucks but it still doesn't have the features I want like
Loop-recording,
Wide Lens and
Motion detect, so I Might as well pay for a decent $40-$70 720P H.264 wide-angle dash cam DVR later on.
