A little difficult since our keeper commissioner seems to have stopped checking the pool months ago

Actually I believe in keeper leagues, the commish can reassign team GMs, so new people would take over existing teams of the GMs that haven't been participating. Think of it kinda like the sale of a team or relocation like ATL to WPG haha
