5 games, yeah ok, I can accept that (kinda) but it was ruled as elbowing (rule 45).

Shouldn't it be ruled under rule 48 (illegal check to the head)? I mean most headshots come from elbows, so rule 48 should superceed rule 45. I'm sure if some plug did the same thing it'd be called a headshot for sure.
