I don't think anything from Terago is anywhere near $100/m...

Last time I came across basic pricing, Terago had 3/3 line for around $450 a month plus taxes.

You might want to check with Telus or resellers like Teksavvy to see if they have anything for you. I think Radiant also do something in that range. You can check them out.

One thing to note though, it's for less than 100/m, you won't get very much upstream speed
