I spoke with terago a month ago and pretty much they have a 99.999% redundancy in their network and a 3 hour mean time to repair which is the best compare to the rest of the internet providers. You pay to have your internet up always running if your business is really important, need email to be always working if you have your own email server etc. as well as you pay to get that upload speed that regular providers shaw and telus can't give you. well... atleast not at a reasonable rate like terago.
last time I talked to shaw they wanted 1.8k for a 20/20 line + crazy install fee of the fibre
