B-but on SIS it says 45 AND 60...
you should check with the prof then. all the course outlines also say 60, so you might be shit out of luck.

makes sense that it's 60 though, as it ensures that only 3rd year students can enroll. any upper division credits taken before you have met the 60 credit mark do not count as upper division credits, so i highly recommend you finish off all your lower division requirements first before moving on to upper division.
