been carb deficient since Saturday with the only veggies as my forms of carbs this week. Lifts are definitely down, struggling to get through this week but still managed only to get out 5 sets of 3x405 deadlifts, don't know whether to feel down that lifts are down or good that I still managed some decent working sets being carb deficient, I think the lack of carbs is making me moody like a girl lol.
