Do a Nandriod Backup with your recovery, such as CWM.
1. Flash current nightly CyanogenMod Downloads
2. Flash current GApps Goo.im Downloads - Browsing gapps
3. Wipe cache and dalvik with your recovery.
4. Reboot and enjoy.
