Just did a speedtest today on my gf's new Novus 25mbit account downtown and my Shaw BroadBand 50.

Her Novus:
Ping: 6ms
Download: 23.45Mbps
Upload: 19.82Mbps

My Shaw:
Ping: 16ms
Download: 29.78Mbps
Upload: 2.86Mbps

I cannot believe how her upload SLAUGHTERS my Shaw account... it isn't even funny!
