Can't edit hosts file on ps3. You might be able to do it if you have root. If you have a DD-WRT, OpenWRT, or Tomato router, then you can modify the DNSMasq Additional Options to include the hosts for Netflix, or whatever.

I added the following to my DNSMasq Additional Options:

address=/movies.netflix.com/74.207.242.213
address=/cbp-us.nccp.netflix.com/74.207.242.213

Why are you trolling? All you did was put a check on Allow HD, and take a screenshot. With the amount of video buffered there, it should say Playing HD. Not buffering.
