Hey guys, so my cousin has a 1996 4Runner V6 limited and it failed air care when he took it in for a test (a year ago)...long story short...HC just failed by like .250...but the Nox was 3 times the pass amount.....
so my question is....where should i start first.....do the ERG valve? the Cat ? the Muffler?? 2 sensor?? i'm just trying to be cost efficient any thoughts on this would help as i want to help my cousin put the truck back on the road. The 4Runner starts up and runs great..just the emission's the
right now...
