I had this exact same argument with them a little under a year ago. I explained that they were charging me for a service they wernt actually prviding, and on top of that costing me money by being down.
Eventually they said I would see a credit on my bill. I hate to admit it, but I totally forgot to check If I actually did get it. Im sure it would have only amounted to a few bucks. Im betting the credit was never applied.
After that same discussion, I did cancel all my other services with them though. The customer service is so bad I just cant justify sepending any more money with them then I have to.
