OPINION is that Crossfit is retarded and has nonsensical programming. It encourages a cult-like environment that in of itself wouldn't be so bad except that it's indoctrinated in everyone's mind that
no pain is no gain. This is detrimental, especially to noobs, when they hurt themselves doing stupid shit like olympic lifts for time.
We get it. You think crossfit is cool and want to spread the word. That's your prerogative.
We think it's retarded and will do anything to dissuade people from doing it.
