so my thumb/tendon part hasnt heal properly yet. And my doctor has advised me not to do a particular exercise ~ flat barbell bench
would it be okay if i just did inclines/declines with barbell and no flat bench? or try to switch it to DB?
Its just when i do flat bench I can feel my tendon ready to snap off.
And btw I am on starting strength (stronglift one)
edit: when i do incline with barbell, I cant really or feel the pain at all
