Seriously though, credit to Cactus Club and Earl's for their consistency of steak - they have these fancy infrared dual sided burners that they use to grill their steaks so there's no talent required to get them right. It' s not great steak but it's certainly good solid stuff that's usually error free.
I like Hamilton Street Grill for their relaxed style and good value - I love the hanger steak they make although they aren't as consistent with how cooked they make their steaks.
A long gone favourite of mine is Rex Grill that used to be in the financial area and they shut down after Cactus Club opened up across from them on Burrard. |
