You can't binge period dude. As soon as you let your body be weak everything else will crumble. Come on man, clen is supposed to be a reward to yourself, you can't fuck around on that shit. That's like wearing a phucking condom to get a blowjob the fucks wrong with you.
Just remember all the times you've been called fat, or been humiliated because you were fat, or all the times you've seen the girl you like getting picked up by a guy whose skinny, or remember all the summers you didn't go to the beach because you didn't wanna go shirtless ... you got no one to blame for all those things but the food you eat. You'll never look at phucking ice cream ever again once you start realizing the majority of your lifes disappointments stem from that.

I feel your pain though, I'm low carbing and have been stuck at the same weight for about 1.5 weeks ... I gotta cut out more calories out of a diet that I already hate but I'd rather eat veggies and eggs than have to wear a t-shirt at the beach this summer. I'm down 25 lbs and got a long ass way to go, but that's my fault and I'll deal with it.
sit down on saturday, buy all your favorite foods. Eat all of them in one sitting until you feel sick. You won't want them after that for a long ass time
