The vote itself is a sham. Being the winner means nothing, except they get "included" in the top 3 consideration. Obviously they had their own top 2 choices... So whether Linds Eats Cunt wins, or Ed wins, they are going to pick one of the top 2 anyway. Unless Linds Eats Cunt was one of their top 3 already, and they pick her, in which case the whole city is a sham anyway.
