It will help. I promise. Just take 8g a day, and spread it out if it makes you sick or too tingly. Also take it with food!!!
BA is NOT a pwo! It has no acute effects that are beneficial to working out AFAIK. How it works is increasing carnosine in the blood, and that happens over time. The only reason it's in pwo formulations is because pwos are mostly stupid gimmicks, and they put it in there because people can "feel it working"
