It's painful, I know. But drinking and smoking will have a negative impact on your results. I quit smoking and refrain from drinking just so I can prepare for Summer.
Meanwhile, I'm having the time of my life in the washroom thanks to magnesium, beta alanine and l-arginine. I'll tough it out for the month.
