Avoid true shit like fast food. A chocolate bar once in a while isn't going to hurt you. But you'll get better results by continuing to eat clean. My current bulking diet consists of lots of chicken, lean sirloin ground beef, whole wheat pasta and bread, peanut butter, eggs, yogurt, brown rice, and so on. I've been eating like this for the last couple years but have recently focused on my diet more and upped my overall intake to bulk on more lean muscle. I'm an ectomorph so I do take weight gainer shakes which are about a cup worth of mixed fruit, sometimes fresh sometimes frozen, 1 scoop of glutamine, 4 scoops of QuickMass Loaded (60g of protein), and I mix that with unsweetened Cranberry/Raspberry juice until the blender is full. My shakes are an A&W mug full. Sometimes I throw some yogurt in there too.

I peaked out at 203 then started to drop weight while my strength has continued to increase, shoulder pressed 80 DB's lastnight for the first time ever. Been on GOMAD for the last 3 days and shot right back to 204 and will hopefully continue to rise with all the added calories and protein. Not sure what your goals are but hopefully this helps.
