u can try parking at St andrews hall on walter gage road where "westpoint" apartment is. Park in the first few stalls right by the entrance, they hardly check and if u are unlucky enough, you still have 2 warnings before they actually tow you. I parked there for 3 months and havent been towed. Just 1 warning letter.
Anyone who has class at Buchanan should park here. takes 4 mins to get to class.
