Yea top of the strut, and yea there is a washer under it.
I got the shop who installed it for me to check it out a few weeks ago. They believed it was just the noises from the coil-overs. I am thinking of trying to double nut it today before my drive up to whistler. Is it okay for me to remove the original nut and replace it ? As of now when ever I tighten it, I would get like 2 days or silence then back to the rattle. Getting very irritated.
