Highly depends on the size, and I guarantee not a high quality grade either. You are in Burnaby, you should be going to:

Make sure to take your old nut in with you.

The "Blue" I referred to is Loctite Blue which is the medium strength. If you put the red (max strength) on you run the risk of not being able to get them off again.

The torque spec when you install these nuts is KEY though so look it up and use a good torque wrench!
